It was an honour to be greatly welcomed earlier today by Mme Balla, the Littoral Region Delegate of Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts in Cameroon.

Mme Balla facilitated the process for the Minister of SMEs to visit and attend the launch of the incubator. On Tuesday, 26th April 2022, the incubator received her, in her capacity as the Littoral Regional Delegate of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Social Economy and Handicrafts. Her visit was in preparation for the attendance of the Minister of SMEs, His Excellency Achille Bassilekin III. Mme Balla made arrangements for the protocol of the Minister's arrival. As the Regional delegate for SMEs, she was charged with making arrangements in collaboration with the Delegate of National Security, to establish the security details for the Minister on the launch day.
