On Tuesday, 26th April 2022, the incubator received Mme Balla, the Littoral Regional Delegate of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Social Economy and Handicrafts.

Her visit was in preparation for the attendance of the Minister of SMEs, His Excellency Achille Bassilekin III. She was at the incubator to make arrangements for the protocol of the Minister's arrival.

The delegate was charged with making arrangements with the Delegate of National Security to ensure security for the Minister on that day.
