TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BBINCUBATOR TECH STARTUP PITCH COMPETITION-2023

1. Must be of Cameroonian nationality.
2. Must have a tech startup with an innovative idea that identifies a community based problem and seeks to solve it.
3. Must be legally resident in Cameroon, and the implementation of the innovative technological community based solution must be in Cameroon.
4. The proposed business will operate in Cameroon.
5. You must be prepared to pitch your tech idea infront of a jury of the Boris Bison Youth Empowerment Business Incubator and stand a chance to win seed funding of 1.000.000XAF
6. Participants must have an account at SAVANA Islamic Finance,where the seed funding will be paid into the account. For more information, please visit the Head office located at AKWA Valléé Manga Bell, Rue Bertuad- or contact +237 658 60 28 91/ 694 74 20 87
7. All applicants who participate in this pitch contest agree to participate in any reasonable publicity by the Boris Bison Youth Empowerment Business Incubator (BBIncubator), e.g, photo shoots, videos, and interviews.  
8. If for any reason the pitch competition is not capable of running as planned due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of BBIncubator, BBIncubator shall not be liable for failures to comply with these Terms and Conditions and shall endeavor to communicate with all affected parties at the earliest possible opportunity.
9. BBIncubator assumes no responsibility for damages, losses, or injuries that result from participation in this program or acceptance to be part of the program.
10. This program is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and applicants must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cameroon Courts.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DU CONCOURS DE PRÉSENTATION DE STARTUP TECHNOLOGIQUE BORIS BISON - INCUBATEUR D'ENTREPRISES POUR L'ÉMPOWERMENT DES JEUNES -2023

1. Le participant doit être de nationalité camerounaise.
2. Il doit avoir une startup technologique avec une idée innovante qui identifie un problème basé sur la communauté et cherche à le résoudre.
3. Il doit résider légalement au Cameroun et la mise en œuvre de la solution technologique communautaire innovante doit se faire au Cameroun.
4. L'entreprise proposée opérera au Cameroun.
5. Vous devez être prêt à présenter votre idée technologique devant un jury de BBIncubator et avoir une chance de remporter un financement de démarrage de 1 000 000 XAF.

7. Tous les candidats qui participent à ce concours de présentation acceptent de participer à toute publicité raisonnable de Boris Bison Youth Empowerment Business Incubator  (BBIncubator), par exemple des séances photo, des vidéos et des interviews.
8. Si, pour une raison quelconque, le concours de présentation ne peut pas se dérouler comme prévu en raison de circonstances indépendantes de la volonté de BBIncubator, BBIncubator ne sera pas responsable de tout manquement à ces Conditions Générales et s'efforcera de communiquer avec toutes les parties concernées dès que possible.
9. BBIncubator n’assume aucune responsabilité pour les dommages, pertes ou blessures résultant de la participation à ce programme ou de l'acceptation d'en faire partie. 
10. Ce programme est régi par les lois de la République du Cameroun et les candidats doivent se soumettre à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux camerounais.
